We knew on harvest day 2022. One grape exploded in our mouths like a taste symphony! It was all there!
For the first time in 17 years, we decided to name this syrah. Knowing that this is the wine we have always dreamed about, and the best we have ever produced we decided to name it The ONE.
The ONE is a double gold double champion wine, winning the best wine of any varietal in Auckland (up against 370 other top wines), and the best syrah in New Zealand in the Aotearoa Regional Wine Competition
All of this, and The ONE hasn’t even been in the bottle for a year yet! This wine will reward proper cellaring.
